We are excited to share our latest roast with you. This fruit-forward coffee comes from FINCA FATIMA GARNICA, located in Veracruz, Mexico. In 2019, Finca Fatima became a Cup of Excellence winner with a score of 89.41 points using the Criolla Typica varieties of Coatepec. Once again in 2021, Finca Fátima became an international winner of the Cup of Excellence.
We did a medium roast on this coffee, bringing out the coffee’s natural sweetness with milk chocolate undertones. We named the roast Joy in the Morning because it truly is a joy to wake up and brew these beans, creating a true cup of joy.
This reminds us of Psalms 30:5, though there may be trials in this life, like the sun rises each morning, God is truly faithful to bring us Joy as he guides us through our trials. And a good cup of coffee always helps as well!
